Our Technicians Will Advise You on the Following During Service

  • Overall condition of house trap and tank.

  • Proper tank lid seal.

  • Proper slope of inlet line from house to tank.

  • Signs of sewage above normal level.

  • Signs of root infiltration.

  • Inspection of internal tank pumping.

  • Proper tank drainage.

  • Proper slope for outlet line.

  • Signs of solids or poor draining in leaching pools.

  • Pipes free of buildup & appropriate sewage flow.

  • Septic Tank solid buildup inspection.

Our trucks are equipped with electronic line cleaning equipment to remove the obstruction and our technicians take the time to remove the waste in the tank.

To achieve trouble-free septic system operation all solids need to be removed from the tank BEFORE they start to wash out into the leaching pool and BEFORE the system starts showing signs of failure. Once the leaching pool is clogged, cleaning the tank will do little good - you will have to thoroughly clean the leaching pool.

How often your tank needs pumping will depend on the size of the tank, the number of people in the household, and the kinds of appliances you use. As a general rule, tanks should be cleaned every three to four years.
